
Sometimes we are starving and have a ways to get to dinner! I have been opting for an afternoon smoothie these days. They are inexpensive, quick to make and can hold me over for a couple hours. - 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana sliced up
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 cups almond milk
- Remember, use what works best for you! Feel free to change up the fruit, I use frozen so I don’t need ice. And choose the milk of your choice. Enjoy!
